Scripture: 1 Chronicles 15:11-15

Observation: David makes the necessary preparations to bring the Ark of the Covenant to Jerusalem.

Application: In their first attempt to bring the Ark of God to Jerusalem, no one consulted with YHWH or took the time to research how to move the Ark, and consequently God killed Uzzah when the oxen stumbled and he touched the Ark to prevent it from falling off the cart.  The priests should have known better.  What am I missing?  Will my negligence cause others to suffer?
