Scripture: 1 Corinthians 16:1-4

Observation: Paul addresses the Corinthian Church's question about "the money being collected for God's people in Jerusalem."

Application: The Corinthians were blessed financially so Paul reminds them to "put aside a portion of money" that they had earned for the church in Jerusalem.  God blesses us to be a blessing to others.  Just because we won the lottery and were either born or were able to immigrate to the United States, doesn't mean that we should hoard God's financial blessings for ourselves.
