Acts 22 - Day 733 (link to reading)
Scripture: Acts 22:1-22 Observation: Paul makes his defense and the crowd listens because he spoke their native tongue. Application: People are interested in themselves. The crowd listened intently to Paul's story until he criticized them for their obstinate nature. Yeah, I'd probably be offended too. You can definitely catch more flies with honey than vinegar, but Paul wasn't interested in catching flies. He spoke the truth to convict his fellow Israelites for their rebellious hearts. Sometimes we just need to "tell it like it is." Prayer: Lord, please give me the courage to speak Your truth in all situations - with Your grace. Comments are closed.
