Exodus 37 - Day 90 (link to reading plan)
Scripture: Exodus 37:17-24 Observation: Bezalel was the master craftsman chosen by God to build His tabernacle. Besides being blessed with natural skills and abilities, God filled him with the Holy Spirit to help him complete the work. Application: We live in a DIY world where you can learn how to do just about anything by searching the internet. While renovating our older home, I "learned" how to patch holes in our wall, replace toilets, install showers, and a bunch of other skills that I had never done before to save us some money. Although I'm proud of the work that I did, it's pretty obvious that I'm still an amateur who still needs to hone my skills. God chose Bezalel because he was already a master craftsman who already had thousands of hours of experience. It pays to dedicate your life to your trade so others recognize your abilities. Prayer: Lord, I want to be known for my love for You. Teach me to worship You with all of my heart. Comments are closed.
