Isaiah 19 - Day 507 (link to today's reading)
Scripture: Isaiah 19:19-25 Commentary: Despite His righteous judgments, God loves all these nations. There would come a day when He would send a Savior who would be for them as well. They will respond to Him in worship and become a “blessing on the earth,” and He will say: “Blessed be Egypt my people, Assyria my handiwork, and Israel my inheritance” (Isaiah 19:19–25). Application: Jesus didn't come to condemn the world, but to save it. He offered his life as a sacrifice for all humanity. Prayer: Lord, use me... Comments are closed.
